Facilities Manager & Preparator

Chris Pavlik

Chris Pavlik grew up in a highly mobile Army family. He's lived in a small mountain town in Pennsylvania, a haunted mansion in Maryland, and spent six years in Germany, during which time he visited countless museums and cathedrals while absorbing the art of Europe.

He studied painting at the Kansas City Art Institute before moving to the Northwest, where he studied ceramics and worked as a studio assistant to the sculptor Beth Cavener. After moving to Lafayette, he worked as an assistant to local muralist Robert Dafford while pursuing his own artistic endeavors. His work has been included in group shows at the Acadiana Center for the Arts and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art.
